Grade 6 Senior Solicitor/Barrister/FCILEx position is open to those with management responsibility. Taking responsibility for the more complex and difficult cases and providing guidance and support to other members of the team. Conducting advocacy on contested and non-contested cases.
We work on an agile basis and are currently based at Lancaster House, Birmingham. Our working arrangement combines the opportunity to work remotely, subject to business need, and the requirements of the role to attend Court hearings and meetings in person.
