Starting salary £45,865pa with potential progression to £49,021pa on achieving designated skills and experience

As our Project Manager within the Property Maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading on the delivery of the Council’s housing capital, planned and major works programmes for the Councils housing stock and commercial portfolio.
You will lead on the commercial and contractual aspects of the service, developing and maintaining strong partnering relationships whilst supporting and driving organisational and cultural change to deliver the Council’s mission and values.
Leading and managing a dedicated team, you will set targets for high standards of performance in asset management contracts as well as regeneration and stock investment projects.
We are a customer focused organisation, and you must also always maintain a commitment to their needs.
You will have a good level of experience working at senior level in property services, including the management of staff. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strategic approach to work and the skills to introduce new ideas and working practices.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post
