Behaviour and Pastoral Support Officer

  • Hours: 36 hours per week; term time only (39 weeks per year)
  • Salary: £23,338 - £22,940 per annum – more for a suitably experienced candidate

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective Behaviour and Pastoral Support
Officer to join our pastoral team. The main responsibilities of this post are to monitor pupil
behaviour and attendance and to provide support to pupils within the assigned year group or key
stage. You will work alongside the Head of Year or Progress leader to safeguard the wellbeing of
all pupils within the year group.
