Car Parking Project Manager

Elmbridge Borough Council is on a journey to transform its services, and car parks are a valuable asset that provides the council with a tool to shape places; contribute to thriving businesses and vibrant high streets whilst being environmentally and financially sustainable.

Our new Off-Street Car Parking strategy 2022-2030, reflects the council’s ambitious and innovative approach. Actions to deliver our strategy have been identified and we are looking for a parking project manager to lead on the design, implementation, and outcomes of the pilot schemes identified in the strategy action plan. 

This is a high-profile role, you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced agile project environment with internal teams, stakeholders, residents and businesses, and your expertise will be pivotal for helping to implement our car parking strategy and transforming our approach to car parks in the borough.

This role will be based at our council office in Esher. We operate a hybrid-working model where your working time will be divided between the office and home working (currently 3 days office)
