As a multiskilled engineer, you will play a key role within the team of ensuring our buildings are repaired and maintained to the highest quality.  

The role

As multi-skilled engineer, you will play a key role within the Property Management, Schools FM Team providing a high-quality repair and maintenance service to Camden schools and other similar facilities.

The role reports into the Operations Manager - Trades and will be responsible for ensuring the buildings assigned are repaired and maintained to the highest quality.

About you

We’re looking for ideally two plumbing / mechanical bias qualified engineers who have experience of working within an education setting.

You will be able to manage your own workload prioritising work effectively and meeting SLA deadlines.  You will be innovative in problem solving complex repair issues and will be able to explain issues to non-technical customers / colleagues.

You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and building effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and senior management.

You will have experience of using handheld technology to manage works and update jobs with full details. Experience of using BMS systems and general IT competency would also be an advantage.

You will also have a full clean driving licence.
