This is an exciting opportunity to join and shape our new Key Stage 2 provision with a maximum of 12 pupils. Finch Woods Academy is a special school for pupils aged between 10-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs based in Halewood. We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant, who is committed to improving the outcomes and life chances of young people with complex special educational needs, and who have the ability to inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. Candidates must be able to build positive relationships and manage pupils’ behaviour effectively within a classroom environment. An ability to be proactive, resourceful and energetic is essential. The KS2 provision will be in a purpose built, newly equipped building part designed by KS2 staff and pupils for September 2023.
