The Revenues and Benefits Service has an exciting opportunity to recruit a new Collection & Recovery Processing Officer within the Debt and Income Maximisation Team. This is an exciting time to join us as we develop an enhanced team committed to developing our colleagues and encouraging personal growth, in conjunction with a flexible working approach so everyone can thrive in an inclusive
and open environment.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively within an excellent team, responsible for the analysis of debt, to maximise revenue for the Council. In addition, you will be responsible for responding to customers in relation to enquiries within appropriate deadlines.

Focussed on continuous improvement and quality services you will work in a supportive environment, with a strong leadership team, giving stability, direction and energy to the service and making a difference.
We have embraced new ways of working and hybrid working between home and office will be a feature of this role. You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Our technology platform and equipment allow you to connect and collaborate remotely which requires that you have in place good connectivity. This will be discussed during the recruitment process if support is required.
