We have a position for an enthusiastic team player to help us ensure that the essential local infrastructure such as roads, schools, open spaces and community facilities is provided when and where it is needed.
This post will be primarily involved in supporting the administration and collection of community infrastructure levy (CIL) through the use of specialist software and liaison with developers, planning applicants and council teams across a range of disciplines. The successful candidate will report to a senior colleague but will be expected to work independently and accurately with good numeracy and communication skills. An ability to understand of building plans will be important.
This is a career graded post rising from £24,496 to £31,099 per annum, pro rata depending on skills and experience. We offer a wide range of benefits including flexible working hours, working from home, and a friendly and supportive team all in a beautiful part of the country.
