Reparation, Volunteer and Panel Officer

Enfield Youth Offending Service are advertising for a Referral Order, Reparation and Volunteer Officer to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellent, high-quality innovative work. All candidates must be able to work with a degree of flexibility to meet the needs of our service. We want applications from dedicated people committed to contributing to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people, their families and the community.
We are looking to recruit a suitable candidate who is resourceful, creative and excellent at forming positive relationships of trust with young people, families and members of the community. The role will be expected to use trauma informed approach within their engagement of young people on a one to one or group work basis, providing volunteers and trainee volunteers with support, guidance, advocacy, and other activities. The role will also require the applicant to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint being especially important.
Our ambition is to see children as children within youth justice services, treat them fairly and help them to build on their strengths so they can rehabilitate and make positive contributions to society. This role will contribute greatly to our ambitions by being key in supporting the development and recruitment of volunteers, working directly and indirectly with the young people in our service, share and maintain data.
