Senior Income Officer
Overview:
We are looking for target-driven individuals, with a passion for customer service excellence. As a Senior Income Officer, you’ll help sustain tenancies, ensuring that residents have access to the support that they might need while we navigate the cost of living crisis.
About You:
Organised with an attention to detail, you thrive in a customer facing professional environment, and your excellent interpersonal skills will play a vital part in your success in this role.
Analytical and patient, you’ll have the confidence and capacity to deal with a variety of scenarios on a day-to-day basis, be an excellent negotiator and have an understanding of the welfare benefits system. You will be someone who takes ownership over your cases and finds reward in achieving great results.
