Housing Administration Officer (Homes for Ukraine, HfU)
About Us:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Housing team and to build on our achievements with working on the Homes for Ukraine (HfU) scheme.
The Housing Administration Officer plays a critical role in supporting Rother District Council deliver the HfU scheme and is responsible for providing an administrational support to the Housing Team.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player and have a proven track record of working under pressure and the ability to build positive relations with all stakeholders, including guests, hosts and partner agencies. You will offer administrative support to the Resettlement Officer and Housing Solutions Manager to ensure that accurate financial records are kept as well as supporting the Acquisitions Officer with property administration for rentals. The role will also support with wider statutory duties that Rother District Council must undertake in accordance with housing legislation in relation to the Ukrainian cohort.
