Making a Difference as a Financial Management Support Officer

As a member of the team, you will predominately be responsible for day-to-day support in relation to Value Added Tax (VAT) and the Construction Industry Tax Deduction Scheme (CITDS) and supporting the production and submission of Government returns in relation to Taxation. This is a key role in ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines is essential. In addition, the role will support the wider Finance Team and the tasks can be varied and therefore the ability to adapt quickly and to liaise with other sections and the coordination of tasks will also be of importance.

The successful candidate will therefore have knowledge of working in a busy office, and preferably with some experience of finance and be familiar in the use of Microsoft Office products. In addition, the ability to be flexible and work to tight deadlines will be an essential part of the role.
