HR Business Partner (FTC 6 months)
This is an exciting time for Epsom & Ewell’s HR team who are at the forefront of driving change across the organisation. We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience to join our small, friendly team which delivers HR support to a varied and diverse workforce of over 300 employees.
You will provide a professional HR service across all people related matters as well as delivering initiatives and projects to support our workforce as as they deliver on our priorities for the Borough.
This is an interesting and varied role in which no two days are the same. You must be
comfortable in engaging with all levels of staff and be able to build professional credibility as well as making sound business decisions. You will be working in a busy environment, so it is essential that you are well organised, resilient and flexible.
This role is offered on a 6 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanency and offers a mixture of office and remote working.
