We are a mainstream primary school with an onsite nursery.

Our offer to you:

The role and what we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant. You must have a real passion for supporting staff and children to create a rich, inclusive and balanced educational environment. You will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. We offer you exciting opportunities to develop within our academy and an excellent platform for enhanced career development through bespoke CPD within our academy and through Oasis Community Learning. We are looking for a teaching assistant who has the attitudes and skills to support our children to achieve their absolute best. Children learn best when outdoors and active so a large part of your day will be spent outside supporting children’s learning in our lovely outdoor area.

We need you to be a positive and friendly team player, be able to model excellent spoken and written English and be dedicated to building positive relationships with families to boost achievement and wellbeing. It is vital you are committed to and skilled at helping children achieve, no matter what their starting point is. What can you add to our team? We are looking for somebody who wants children to achieve and develop their character. Is that you?
