Making A Difference as A Handyperson
Temporary until 31 March 2024

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Home Improvement Agency, in the role of Handyperson. This is a key role in supporting vulnerable people to remain living at home independently, in safety and comfort.
For this demanding role, you will need to be an excellent communicator with the confidence to liaise with customers, contractors, professionals etc. You will possess proven organisational skills, along with the ability to deal with complex issues in a sensitive manner. Working flexibly both as a team member and on your own in a demanding and diverse customer-focused environment, you will ideally have experience of working with elderly, disabled, vulnerable clients.
Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred.
You must be punctual and trustworthy, committed and hardworking, and able to work in a collaborative and enthusiastic manner.

You will have experience of using hand tools safely, and ideally you will have a construction background working in the building trade.
