Are you interested in working in a busy and proactive team to support workforce wellbeing?   

As a team we are focused on understanding the wellbeing needs of the workforce. Working with partners and internal departments, to develop and implement appropriate support services for staff.

You’ll get the opportunity to be involved in a range of exciting and interesting projects and interventions to support workforce wellbeing.

Working with a number of different stakeholders, building good working relationships and communicating in a professional and timely way.  Supporting wellbeing contract management will include invoicing and performance monitoring. You’ll be thefirst point of call for wellbeing queries coming into the team, that require timely and appropriate responses. There will be different meetings and wellbeing events to be organised and supported.  You’ll also be involved in maintaining, developing and posting wellbeing communication and events for staff in a range of different media.

You don’t need to be a wellbeing expert, but you should have an interest in working to improve the health and wellbeing of the workforce.

We’ll need you to have the ability to work independently, have good communication skills and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. It’s a busy team, therefore, you’ll need to be extremely well organised, taking a pro-active approach to your workload and delivering to a high standard. With highly developed interpersonal skills you will be confident in advising on process, policy and best practice. You’ll be competent in Microsoft packages
