About the role
Runnymede Borough Council is seeking an Aids and Adaptation Surveyor to work within the Housing Technical Services Team and Community Services to deliver a first-class professional service to customers that need additional support to maintain a high level of living standards within their own home.
Delivery of a high-quality adaption service to the Borough's tenants and occupiers, ensuring effective use of public funds and ensure all work complies with statute and local policy, and meets the needs of vulnerable residents.
You will be working closely with Occupational Therapists to determine the exact adjustments that need to be made to the property and then will be responsible for the work that will be carried out, making sure it’s to specification and designated time frames.
