Strategic Housing & Development Manager
Job introduction
This is an exciting role within Housing with management responsibility for strategic housing and housing supply projects within the directorate. You will lead on the delivery of our priority to accelerate and maximise the delivery of affordable homes and will lead and support on the development of policies and strategies.

About the role
To be successful in this role you will need to have knowledge and experience of strategic housing and be a self starter with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will be able to work collaboratively across teams and sectors and have excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills in order to provide effective solutions to complex and emerging challenges.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
