PSH Performance and Systems Analyst (Housing)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Private Sector Housing, who are creating a brand new Rogue and Criminal Landlord Taskforce. This is a Housing Enforcement focused, multi-disciplinary team aimed at developing and piloting a new intelligence led enforcement model.

This team will develop and deliver a model of enforcement which is based on internal data and intelligence as well as intelligence from across our partner agencies. It will ensure minimum housing standards across the city are met and will focus on those landlords and agents who simply refuse to deliver their property management business in an appropriate way. The team will also establish relationships with / work alongside our key partner agencies across the City Region ensuring effective sharing of information and resource to ensure homes are safe and well managed.

Crucially, this pilot will provide much needed expertise and resources to tackle criminal landlords who exploit vulnerable tenants to other authorities across the City Region and beyond.

This is a fixed term post for two years to create and pilot a new model of intelligence led enforcement, tackling the city region's worst and criminal landlords.

If you would like to talk to a member of the team about the role or have an informal discussion, please contact Louise Mitton, Relationship Manager, on 07547 657255 or via email louise.mitton@liverpool.gov.uk
