Estates and Facilities Officer

Grade 3
Full Time up to 37 hours per week
Immediate start 
Actual Salary up to £20,441

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual to join our Estates and Facilities Team. The role involves a range of general maintenance type duties both inside and outside. Maintaining a good environment is essential in creating the best possible teaching and learning environment. At times, the role may be physically demanding and a flexible ‘can do’ approach is often needed. All members of the site team can be called upon to drive the school minibus and therefore a full driving licence is required. Minibus driving instruction will be given to the successful candidate. Other duties include the locking and unlocking of the school site.

Experience and qualifications in any related trades would be an advantage but not essential. A willingness to undertake further training where necessary is essential.

The hours will be worked each day Monday to Friday, depending on the needs of the school.
