Are you an inspirational, forward-thinking, residential Development Manager with a focus on delivering to time, quality and budget?

Do you have experience of working at a senior level, successfully delivering a variety of new-build housing projects and regeneration of estates?

Do you relish the opportunity of a new challenge with a progressive Council committed to a programme of high quality, sustainable new homes?

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to take on this exciting and challenging opportunity to join the Housing Development Team as part of the Major Projects & Investment Service at Adur & Worthing Councils.

You will work with a friendly, knowledgeable team of development specialists working to shape Worthing, Shoreham and Lancing through the delivery of new homes, mixed use developments, and regeneration projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Adur District and Worthing Borough’s exciting pipeline of development projects. As part of your role you will lead on overseeing all parts of the development process, including design, planning, tendering and construction services.

With a number of active sites and more coming in the pipeline this is a perfect opportunity for you to join an actively growing team and help deliver the long term ambition of the Councils to provide more homes, of all tenures.
