Assessment & Recovery Support Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to join Halton Borough Council’s Audit, Procurement & Operational Finance Division in this rewarding and fulfilling role.
The Division is responsible for the collection of sundry debt invoices as well as the administration of financial assessments in relation to the Council’s Adult Social Care Services. The work is fast paced, high volume and varied. We are therefore seeking an enthusiastic, committed and well organised team player to join our small team to assist with these functions
Whilst previous experience in this field is not essential, you must have excellent communication skills in order to support the Council’s commitment to provide excellent customer service.
You must be reliable, confident and have previously worked in a busy office environment. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a financial environment.
We will provide you with a supportive working environment with the opportunity to learn and develop within the role. The Council operates a flexible working arrangement which provides the opportunity to work from home once fully trained.
