About The Role:
To sell shared ownership properties, achieving or exceeding agreed personal sales targets for the shared ownership and private sale products and other low-cost income generating schemes were necessary.
To progress sales and carry out other tasks as directed by the sales manager.
To represent SBHG and the BEWEST brand in a professional manner and promote the SBHG. brand and SO product as a Brand Ambassador, with a 2 day in office and 1 day on site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be able to demonstrate previous experience and proven track record within the residential housing market or front end customer facing role with proven track record of having exceeded KPIs and targets.
- Have a cultured approach to working with a willingness to understand the team and company wider targets.
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner and convert sales to meet team targets in line with service level agreements and market turnaround timeframes. Ensure all new enquires are registered onto the sales CRM system in line with KPI targets.
- Ensure that all homes are sold or let within targets and timeframes, and ensure programme targets are met by carrying out the following: - Set up, coordinate and attend viewings of all our schemes, as well as open days/evenings, when required at short notice
- Deliver reservations, exchanges and completed sale in accordance with the site-specific sales and team targets.
- Select applicants in accordance with The Group's Shared Ownership Allocation & Selection Policy - Work closely with mortgage advisors ensuring applicants are able to afford home ownership, are creditworthy and fully understand the concept of the low cost home ownership or any other initiative that they are undertaking whilst keeping up to date with GLA restrictions and regulations around the SO scheme and other low cost housing schemes. About You:
