12-month fixed term contract (potential to extend to 18 months)

£33,798 - £37,525 dependent on skills and experience

(37 hours) Hybrid working

 

About the role

Runnymede Borough Council have just embarked on an exciting digital transformation project to implement a new combined HR and Payroll system with manager and employee self-service.

The HR and Payroll Project Officer is an integral role within project working closely with subject matter experts within HR and Payroll to drive forward the implementation of our new system.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our HR and Payroll teams to support the design, implementation, and management of operational processes within the Council’s new HR and Payroll solution.

You will have the opportunity to facilitate and produce the development of system configuration documentation including process maps, user guides and standard operating procedures to be used by the HR and Payroll teams and end users.

You will be confident in communicating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business, you will have the natural ability to communicate complex technical or theoretical information in an easily understandable manner.
