The Change and Innovation Business Partner will support the Council to achieve its transformation ambitions through innovation of working practices and effective project management. The post forms part of the Change and Innovation team and reports to the Change and Innovation Manager.
The post will manage the delivery of dedicated projects or work packages/work streams within larger projects, so good people skills are a must as collaboration between other project managers and project groups is essential.
This role is well placed in the Council to gain a great deal of exposure in a wide variety of work and is part of the Corporate Programme Management Office. Operating within the multi-disciplinary Business Change, ICT & Digital Service this is a great opportunity for an experienced Change Officer or Project Manager to further develop their career.
