A fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and transforming Council. The right career move is often about timing, and this is certainly an exciting time to join South Derbyshire District Council.

The Council’s Transformation Plan aims to underpin service delivery for future years. The delivery of these objectives will depend on a first-class customer experience, a connected digital service, and a continuous improvement in processes. That’s where you come in.

The Change and Innovation Business Partner will support the Council to achieve its transformation ambitions through innovation of working practices and effective project management. The post forms part of the Change and Innovation team and reports to the Change and Innovation Manager.
