We are a Council bursting with energy and opportunity. To underpin and contribute to this ambitious journey we are looking for a proficient, skilled, and experienced HR professional to join our Team.

As part of an experienced newly established team, the HR People Partner will support an allocated directorate on all people matters.

The role requires an individual that has excellent HR generalist experience, is familiar with managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. Along with experience of managing a small team.

Key to the role is the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of an effective customer friendly HR service.
