Main Responsibilities

Notting Hill Genesis are seeking hardworking, consistent and meticulous Data Administrators to be responsible for the provision of an effective data processing and administration service within the HR Services Team. You need to be able to work accurately and follow complex instructions laid down in the training manuals and guides and input and maintain data into our systems in both an accurate and timely manner. There will be some liaison with internal and external client groups by telephone and email, assisting in obtaining employee data and collating management information. You will assist in the maintenance of a number of HR email inboxes.

To be successful you will need to be task oriented with the ability to accurately follow set processes and deal with a high volume of work. Manage your workload independently but also stick to timescales set by the team. You will have effective PC skills; especially Microsoft Excel and experience of data entry on a complex/bespoke database system (such as I-trent) would be advantageous. Full training will be provided. If you have experience of administration within a compliance delivery environment, this would also be of benefit.
