The community Support Team are looking for an individual with experience of working with vulnerable adults with varying needs. You will have experience of working in an office environment and work alone in the community and have the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service whilst still managing to meet statutory deadlines through assessment and reviews.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
