Salary: S01 - £35,223 - £36,417+ Pool Allowance + Call Out Allowance
35 Hours Per Week, 52 Weeks per Year
Watergate is Lewisham’s primary school for children with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties.
The school is looking to recruit a committed and reliable Premises Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of all aspects of maintenance in the school, and for providing a safe, secure and clean environment for all site users and visitors across both school sites. The role includes responsibility for structure/s and plant maintenance, line management responsibility for the Premises Team and School Cleaning staff and the management of relevant budgets.
The right candidate will:

- Be able to work flexibly and respond to emergencies
- Have an organised approach to prioritise work and successfully manage time
- Have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Be an effective team member
- Be suitably qualified and have relevant experience
