Reports to: Premises Manager/ School Business Manager
Hours: 35hrs Per Week – 52 Weeks Per Year
Salary: Scale 5 - £29,853 - £30,852
Purpose of role
The Premises Officer role will initially be based at our Ladywell site and has responsibility for the structure and monitoring of building management systems within the site and Liaising with the Local Authority, under the direct line management of the Premises Manager. The Premises Officer is a key member of the school’s staff and has a vital role to play in the provision of a safe, secure, clean, warm and happy learning environment, through planning, managing and doing, with initiative being displayed under the direction of the Premises Manager.
The right candidate will:
· Be self-motivated, flexible and able to act on own initiative
- · Be able to work flexibly and respond to emergencies
· Have an organised approach to prioritise work and successfully manage time
· Have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
· Be an effective team member
· Be suitably qualified and have relevant experience
