The Workforce Development Team supports the council to have a skilled, fleixble and agile workforce. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion sits within the team, EDI is a high on the council's agenda as we work to become a more inclusive and diverse Borough.

As a Graduate Officer in the Workforce Development team you will have an opportunity to work on developing and implementing our EDI workplan. This will be a rewarding but challenging role. Graduate minimum GCSE grade C or above - able to evidence with certificate. Relevant degree 2:2 or above.
