The unique opportunity has arisen within the People Service. We are seeking a dynamic Organisational Development Manager to join our progressive team.
As the Organisational Development Manager you will be working as part of a broader HR team to focus on the professional people development for over 700 staff across many different services areas.
You will play a key role in the delivery and evolution of newly adopted people strategy which has a heavy focus on developing our leaders and culture across the Council. There are many different exciting initiatives to deliver over the next few years which will enable our Council to really be that employer of choice and continue to build on our excellent reputation of really supporting and caring for our workforce. Some of these exciting projects include: introducing a coaching and mentoring scheme, evolving our health and wellbeing offer, implementing a new leadership programme.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract
