As a Work Based Learning Officer, you will work closely with our Children’s and Adults Principal Social Workers along with the Organisational Design and Development Team to promote excellent strengths-based social work practice across Children’s and Adult Social Care. You will support with the effective delivery of our Social Work Development Programme including the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme.

We are looking for an outstanding social worker with previous experience both of working with children/adults and families and in practice development who can adapt and use practice experience and people skills to identify development needs in others.
