Are you looking to develop your career, with the opportunity to lead and supervise others as well as handle a complex caseload?
If so, then come and be one of our four Senior Lawyers! You'll join a 20 strong childcare legal team and enjoy the dedicated support of a 1-2-1 legal officer.
Areas of Practice:
The role includes undertaking casework in this fast-paced area of Public childcare law, including pre-proceedings, care proceedings, fostering and adoption.
Do you have experience in this field, or can you evidence good transferable skills (including advocacy) with reference to private law family proceedings? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
We currently have two vacancies.
To be successful in this role you'll be able to demonstrate:
- experience of handling a busy and varied caseload;
- good technical skills;
- An ability to solve problems; and
- Experience of leading and supervising others
Applicants must hold a recognised legal professional qualification and be entitled to practice as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Solicitor or Barrister, having acquired at least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience.
