More about the role:

Experience of working with the public in front-line customer service, IT skills (GNVQ level 2 or equivalent), and an interest in books, reading and information are essential. While the experience of working in a library would be advantageous, more importantly, you will bring with you your enthusiasm, great communication skills, and excellent customer service.
