Property Lawyer

We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join Legal Services.

You will have post-qualification experience in property law and an ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.

You will have supervisory responsibility for managing the Property team and will conduct a wide range of property – related work including sales and purchases of land, compulsory purchase orders, landlord and tenant matters and lease management.

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives or a Licensed Conveyancer.

You must have the ability to plan and organise your own workload and be able to complete competing tasks to deadlines and to a high standard.

You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people.
