Homes First delivers a unified housing service for Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Councils, managing a combined housing stock of approximately 6,700 homes.  The Neighbourhood Housing team manage tenancies and work with residents across the Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough areas.

We are looking for an experienced prevention and sustainment officer to join our established team. The successful candidate will work within the Tenancy Management Team with a focus on the effective management of our complex hoarding and self-neglect casework.  The role will require a multi-agency approach to build and support community collaboration and engagement on our housing estates.
