Grants Administration and Systems Officer
We have a new opportunity to join our busy Contact Centre Systems Team as a Grants Administration and Systems Officer. The role will involve administering various Government and Council Grant schemes, such as the Household Support Fund, as well as assisting in the administration and development of Contact Centre and corporate software systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be proficient in the use of Windows based software packages such as Word and Excel and be of pleasant disposition, friendly and approachable. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment will be advantageous as will a willingness and ability to learn how to use various software systems.
