About Us

We are looking to appoint a motivated and skilled Housing Manager within our busy Tenancy Management Service. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely from home where appropriate. Our office is based at 100 Temple Street which is within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads railway station.

We are dedicated in providing excellent services and improving the quality of life for our residents and are seeking a skilled and experienced housing professional to join our service. You will be joining a successful and positive management team, and this role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to shape, design and lead.

Your leadership team are responsible for managing frontline officers who deliver tenancy management services across the city to a diverse range of residents. This role is pivotal in the delivery of a service review which focuses on improving process, aligning service operations and embedding change.

You will provide strong and effective leadership to motivate, empower and develop your team whilst working at pace and have the ability to manage multiple tasks which will be key to the success of this role.

You will be ICT literate and be confident working with data and embody the values and behaviours of the organisation.

We are unable to offer this position via a job share arrangement.

Interviews will be carried out face to face at 100 Temple Street.
