Where you'll be working We have vacancies at both Pools on the Park in Richmond and also Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre.
- Facilities at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and a hydrotherapy pool.
- Facilities at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre include a fitness suite, cycle studio, studio space, all-weather pitch and sports hall.
What you'll be doing
You'll be part of our management team supporting all departments (Pools, Fitness, Sales and Reception etc.) to ensure that the Centre runs smoothly.
Making sure that all of the facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us, will be a priority for you.

What we'll need from you
You'll need to be able to manage and supervise staff, have experience of working in a leisure / sporting or fitness environment and have a sporting / recreation or management qualification. You'll also need to have a valid National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Strong financial, admin and customer service skills are essential. You'll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
What we can offer you
GBP 11.32 per hour (plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of this)
We'll offer you casual shifts which might involve working some daytime or evenings, both during the week and at weekends. Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit in work around your other commitments.
