About The Role
We are looking for a team player to join a busy, high performing elections team who has excellent communication and organisational skills, able to work methodically with a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Supporting the delivery of elections will include tasks such as recruiting and training temporary staff, booking and set up of polling stations, the delivery of the counting of votes, opening of postal votes, producing accurate documentation, assisting in developing promotional strategies and public engagement events in order to encourage registration and participation.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
This role places you at the very heart of elections, ensuring all processes run smoothly. Working as part of a small team dedicated to high-quality service, you will help compile and maintain our statutory electoral registers, oversee the annual electoral registration canvass and administer elections and referendums.
The team work closely with departments from across the organisation and co-ordinate projects as well as working with other electoral services teams across London and the UK.

There will be a requirement to work additional hours at peak periods (including evenings and weekends). Due to the nature of the role, there will also be restrictions on when annual leave can be taken.
