Homeownership Administrator (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an individual to process Right to Buy applications and assist with the day-to-day management of our leasehold properties, including the preparation of service charges.

You will investigate and respond to disputes arising from charges or other leasehold issues including the coordination of information pertaining to mediation and leasehold tribunals.

The post involves providing admin support to the team as well as maintaining systems for Right to Buy and leasehold management so ability to prioritise a busy workload, flexibility and procedural/numerical accuracy is vital.

To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible, have good organisational skills and the ability to communicate well on all levels.

You should have GSCE or equivalent in English or Maths and good keyboard skills and competent in the use of a variety of IT packages.
