The economic viability of development has become animportant consideration as part of the planning system, both in terms ofplan-making and when determining planning applications. To ensure Tower Hamletsis best placed to address matters relating to development viability, theCouncil has implemented a dedicated team to provide viability advice to thePlanning and Building Control Service.
