Frontline is continuing to grow and expand its impact. As we embark on this new stage in the organisation’s development we are looking to recruit a Curriculum Lead: Systemic Practice (part time). We are looking for a registered systemic psychotherapist with a strong commitment to excellent practice and the skills and energy to develop others’ practice. You would play a vital role in this pioneering organisation bringing practice wisdom, theoretical rigour and clear thinking to the programme teams to help articulate and develop our models for child and family social work.
The post sits within the highly skilled and multi-disciplinary curriculum team who design the content and teaching approach for of all Frontline’s programmes. The team is focused acutely on promoting outstanding systemic social work practice and leadership through excellent teaching, assessment, feedback and coaching. There is scope to innovate in how we teach social workers and managers in large and small groups in a wide variety of practice settings across the country. The team is collectively responsible for the training of over 600 social workers and managers annually, so this role represents a huge opportunity to influence the development of social work practice in England.

The Curriculum Lead: Systemic Practice will make a significant contribution to the development of the teaching, learning and assessment (grading and observation of systemic practice) on Frontline’s programmes. Leads will play a key role in the development of Practice Tutors and Consultant Social Workers, running briefings on curriculum and developing others’ teaching skills in systemic practice. Leads undertake observations of teaching, unit meetings, individual and group coaching sessions.

This is a varied and exciting role in a rapidly growing, ambitious organisation. We need people who are enthusiastic about joining us to ensure our content and delivery style remains innovative and current and that we become widely recognised as delivering world leading programmes.
