Are you a sharp and engaged mechanical engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to develop your skills and knowledge further whilst assisting others to improve theirs?

You will work as part of the technical services team with various stakeholders to maintain and improve the housing asset which is currently at 9,000 properties and other contracts. You will also provide support to Thurrock’s Regeneration programme which is anticipated to the development of 30,000 new homes.

You will produce technical specifications to support effective and efficient procurement of works for both capital and revenue work streams. Being a subject matter expert, you will provide expert technical advice to clients, take client briefs and prepare feasibility studies and drawings in compliance with building regulations and planning policies.

You will enjoy joining this progressive and enterprising team as they look to introduce new technologies to develop the work further. Therefore a pro-active, confident and motivated individual will be a strong candidate for consideration.
