The Independent Living service take a huge amount of pride in the standard of customer care they provide and it will be up to you to maintain this. You will be responsible for providing information and signposting to other agencies and assisting with any necessary referrals as required. Co-ordinating the management of the scheme, you will work with our partner agencies to make sure the schemes are compliant with any legislative, health and safety requirements and any risks are mitigated as appropriate.
What the council is really looking for is someone with a true customer focus, an understanding of what great customer service involves and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. It is essential you have experience of or a direct understanding of working with elderly and have an eye for detail with the ability to keep detailed accurate records.
