As a Building Control Officer you will be responsible for processing Building Regulation submissions, carrying out both plan vetting and site inspections, and maintaining records.
You will also carry out investigations of alleged breaches of Building Regulations and allied legislation together with enforcement through early intervention and enforcement notices and attendance at court where necessary.
You will have experience of the operation of a Building Control service, enforcement and regulatory processes and be computer literate, where knowledge of Uniform (CAPS) would be beneficial.
