We're looking for an experienced senior manager to lead a diverse range of teams and provide clear leadership, support and direction to enable staff to deliver a consistent approach across service areas and improved customer satisfaction.
With experience of operating at a senior strategic level within a social housing focused function, you'll manage a number of multi-disciplined teams delivering regional and neighbourhood services. This post will provide leadership and support to managers across a variety of work streams and you will be the business lead for operational performance and key localised projects across the region.
Deputising as necessary for the Regional Director you'll lead on stakeholder and relationship management, coordinating and improving team performance on services to mixed tenure estates, street properties, leasehold and services to older and vulnerable people. You will engage and build relationships with a range of partners including voluntary sector support agencies, local authorities, politicians, internal partners and customers.
You'll have responsibility for the team budget, ensuring that annual efficiency savings are identified, maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all relevant legislation, and ensure that Clarion meets all of its statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations for the services delivered locally.
