Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: Ealing, W5 2AU
Salary: Up to £91,000
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join us as a Head of Sales & Marketing.
In order to meet our growing development programme and the opportunities it presents for Catalyst, we are expanding our sales and marketing team. We have ambitious targets and will be recruiting to a number of positions within the team to help us reach them.

You will support Catalyst to move to the next level in its cultural shift/performance gear, without losing step in delivery. You will manage your teams’ annual sales target and ensure we are performing in line with the Property & Growth Strategy.
You will manage a team that can deliver a multi-tenure sales programme across a wide geographical area. It must function effectively on one-team principles that conform to governance and control processes and is in full control of sales and marketing budgets, but with sufficient customer insight and market knowledge to ensure revenues are optimised, void times are minimised and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
You are passionate about leading teams to deliver an excellent customer experience by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way they deal with customers and colleagues. You work relentlessly to identify and remove pain points and consistently lead others to do the same.
You will have previous experience in a senior role with demonstrable experience of managing teams that has required you to present and report effectively at Executive and Board level, reflecting your ability giving them confidence in the accuracy of your information and judgement.
