About the Role
Amber works with young people in crisis - homeless and unemployed, often with a history of substance misuse, mental health or crime. Offering 24/7 residential support, we aim to inspire, to educate, to motivate and - most importantly - to make possible. To offer everything under one roof that marginalised young people need to rediscover their potential and move forward with their lives.
We are looking for a new, dynamic Team Leader to join our friendly team here at Farm Place, Ockley RH5 5NG. Your focus will be on guiding a team of 8-10 residents aged between 17-30 through Ambers development programme which provides a mix of support, structure, new experiences and training that builds motivation, self-discipline and skill set. We see the potential in all our residents and inspire them to take responsibility for their lives, take control of their lives and move into education, employment and safe, sustainable accommodation.
